Addie was my heart horse. I got her in January of 2012. We rode many miles together and had a special bond. Addie was diagnosed with Laminitis in early January 2018 and we worked hard with our vet and shoer to save her and correct her hooves but it wasn’t to be. We did all we could including soaking her feet twice a day, every day. I had to make the devastating decision to let her cross the rainbow bridge in March of 2018 to ease her of her constant pain. A decision that breaks my heart everyday. I can only hope another horse as special as her will come into my life someday.
